- Treated timber bearers + felt strips laid over the top to stop damp rising into the floor.
- Extra floor runners to give stronger floor.
- All framing is extra corner braced for strength
- We give these buildings an extra coat of preservative
- Glass fitted
- Heavier roofing felt - 20 Kg
